By accessing or using ZipQuadPay's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have a valid Social Security number, and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
ZipQuadPay provides personal loan services connecting borrowers with lending opportunities. We facilitate loan applications and may connect you with lending partners. Loan approval, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to lender criteria and your qualifications.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your loan application. Providing false or misleading information may result in application denial and potential legal consequences.
By submitting an application, you authorize us and our partners to obtain credit reports and verify information. Initial rate checks use soft inquiries. Full applications may require hard credit inquiries.
Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. Approval decisions are based on creditworthiness, income, and other factors determined by lenders.
If approved, your specific loan terms including APR, fees, and repayment schedule will be provided before you accept. Carefully review all loan documents before accepting any offer.
You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or use automated systems to access the site without permission.
All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by ZipQuadPay or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
ZipQuadPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to amounts you've paid us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and ZipQuadPay when you access our website, use online services, submit a loan application, or enter into a lending agreement. We have drafted these terms to be as clear and understandable as possible because we believe the legal framework underlying a financial relationship should be accessible to every participant, not just attorneys. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Eligibility requires that you be at least eighteen years of age, a legal US resident with a valid Social Security number, and possess an active checking account at a US financial institution in your name, a valid email address, and functioning phone number. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may constitute fraud and result in denial, cancellation of an approved loan, and potential legal consequences.
When you submit an application, you authorize ZipQuadPay to verify information through soft credit inquiries, employment verification, income verification, and identity checks. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. If approved and you accept the offer, a hard inquiry may be performed as part of final underwriting. Loan terms including approved amount, interest rate, APR, repayment schedule, monthly payment, total repayment amount, and applicable fees are presented in your offer and constitute a legally binding agreement upon acceptance.
You are obligated to make all scheduled payments in full and on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees as specified in your agreement, reporting of delinquency to credit bureaus which may negatively affect your credit score, and collection activities in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. ZipQuadPay retains the right to modify these Terms from time to time, with material changes communicated via email and website posting.
If you experience financial hardship affecting your ability to make scheduled payments, we strongly encourage contacting our customer support team as early as possible. We understand that life circumstances change unexpectedly, and we can often work with borrowers to explore options such as modified payment schedules depending on circumstances and regulatory guidelines. Early communication about difficulties typically results in better outcomes for all parties compared to allowing accounts to become seriously past due without any communication whatsoever.
Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration provision does not preclude you from bringing individual claims in small claims court where applicable. You retain all rights provided by applicable federal and state consumer protection statutes. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and ZipQuadPay regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to this subject matter.
ZipQuadPay operates in compliance with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations. As a responsible lender, we adhere to the Truth in Lending Act which requires clear disclosure of all loan terms, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act which prohibits discrimination in credit decisions, the Fair Credit Reporting Act which governs how consumer credit information is collected, shared, and used, and the Electronic Fund Transfer Act which establishes the rights and responsibilities of parties in electronic fund transfers. These federal protections form the baseline of our compliance program, which in many areas exceeds minimum legal requirements.
In addition to federal regulations, we comply with state-specific lending laws and regulations in every state where we operate. State laws may provide additional protections beyond federal requirements, including interest rate caps, fee limitations, and specific disclosure requirements. Our legal and compliance team continuously monitors regulatory developments at both federal and state levels to ensure our practices remain current with evolving legal requirements. When new regulations take effect, we implement necessary changes proactively rather than waiting for enforcement actions.
Your right to file complaints and seek resolution through regulatory channels is fully preserved regardless of any terms in our lending agreement. If you believe you have been treated unfairly or that ZipQuadPay has not complied with applicable laws or regulations, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, your state attorney general office, or your state banking regulator. We cooperate fully with all regulatory inquiries and view oversight as an important component of maintaining public trust in the consumer lending industry.
If a disagreement arises between you and ZipQuadPay regarding any aspect of your loan or our services, we encourage resolution through direct communication first. Our customer support team is empowered to address most concerns and has the authority to make reasonable accommodations when appropriate. Many issues that initially seem like disputes can be resolved through clear communication and mutual understanding of the relevant terms and circumstances.
For matters that cannot be resolved through direct communication, our terms provide for binding arbitration as the formal dispute resolution mechanism. Arbitration is a structured process where an independent third party reviews the facts and renders a binding decision. While arbitration replaces the traditional court litigation process for most disputes, it does not diminish your substantive consumer rights. You retain all protections provided by applicable federal and state consumer protection statutes, and you always have the right to file complaints with regulatory agencies including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and your state attorney general regardless of any arbitration provisions.

We periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business practices, regulatory requirements, or industry standards. When updates are made, we notify affected users through email and by posting a notice on our website. We encourage you to review the terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations. Our goal in maintaining these terms is not to create barriers or obscure important information behind legal language but to establish a clear, fair framework that protects the interests of both parties and ensures our lending relationship operates on a foundation of mutual understanding and respect.
